Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Be Doing:
- Answer customer inquiries related to products and services
- Provide accurate billing and technical support
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Document customer interactions in internal systems
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Fluent English speakers (B2+ / C1 level)
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented individuals
- Eager to grow in the customer experience and telecom space
Work Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (5 days/week, 2 days off)
- 9 working hours per day, including a 1-hour break
- On-site role at our office in City Stars, Nasr City
- Transportation provided (pickup points + door-to-door after 11 PM)

- EGP 19,000 gross monthly salary
- Up to EGP 2,800 overnight allowance
