Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Answer customer inquiries related to products and services
  • Provide accurate billing and technical support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues with professionalism
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Fluent English speakers (B2+ / C1 level)
  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented individuals
  • Eager to grow in the customer experience and telecom space

Work Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts (5 days/week, 2 days off)
  • 9 working hours per day, including a 1-hour break
  • On-site role at our office in City Stars, Nasr City
  • Transportation provided (pickup points + door-to-door after 11 PM)
