Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for
- Providing support and assistance to customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Work Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (5 days/week, 2 days off)
- 9 working hours per day, including a 1-hour break
- On-site role at our office in City Stars, Nasr City
- Transportation provided (pickup points + door-to-door after 11 PM)
