Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for

  • Providing support and assistance to customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.


Work Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts (5 days/week, 2 days off)
  • 9 working hours per day, including a 1-hour break
  • On-site role at our office in City Stars, Nasr City
  • Transportation provided (pickup points + door-to-door after 11 PM)
