Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries on Zendesk.
-Handle customer requests professionally and promptly through email, phone, and chat.
-Perform additional tasks as mutually agreed upon in writing.
Working Hours:
-Up to 6 hours per day.
-3 days per week, with schedules coordinated with management.
Holidays and Official Days Off:
-Expected to be available during holidays or official days off if required by business needs.
-Work during these periods will be compensated at the regular hourly rate (no overtime rate).
Punctuality and Commitment:
-Must adhere to the agreed working schedule.
-Any delays or absences should be communicated in advance.
-Frequent violations may impact continued employment.
