Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties:

  • 1- Prospecting calls/messages to secure first meetings.
  • 2- Qualify prospected calls (Trade lanes, Volumes, Decision makers)
  • 3- Serve as the primary intake for customer complaints and service issues via phone, emails etc.
  • 4- Liaise with operations, carriers and customs brokers to provide timely updates
  • 5- Handle Manager s meeting calendar
  • 6- Maintain accurate log call with brief notes
  • 7- Maintain clear CRM Data

Desired Candidate Profile

- BT/TS/LT Logistics or supply chain

- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service

- Good command of French and English

- Organized with attention to details

- Excellent communication skills over the phone

- Living in Beirut
