Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer s issue, determining the cause, and offering solutions
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain records of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and system updates
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree
Maximum 30 years old
Fluency in English is a must.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven and detail oriented
Flexibility in working hours is needed.
Previous experience in #chat #call-center #customer-service is a plus.
Knowledge of Learning Management Software (LMS)
Familiarity with interactive learning activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant
