Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Provide detailed service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Responsible for follow up with customers.
- Track shipments across different channels.
- Follow up and review customer invoices with custom details.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in every interaction.
- Bachelor s Degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- 1-2 years of experience in field.
- Take responsibility for the work.
- Good English Level is a must.
- Good in Microsoft Package is a must.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
