Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Provide detailed service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Responsible for follow up with customers.
  • Track shipments across different channels.
  • Follow up and review customer invoices with custom details.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in every interaction.
