Your role

For one of the largest energy suppliers in Belgium, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks Flemish/Dutch and English.

In this position, you will help private and business customers with questions or problems via phone or email. These questions relate to, among other things, changes to customer data, meter readings, contracts and invoice questions. You should be able to analyze annual statements independently. Experience with customer contact is not required, but is appreciated. You must live in Morocco or be willing to relocate in the short term.

Profile
  • Fluent in Dutch or Flemish
  • Good command of the English language
  • Service and result-oriented
  • Social skills and a positive attitude
  • Experience in a call center (preferred)
  • Computer literate
  • You can work independently and solve problems with a good dose of analytical thinking skills
  • You can empathize with the customer
  • You are a good listener and have good communication skills
  • Hospitable, customer-friendly and helpful to the customer
  • Flexibility and empathy are very important
  • You are looking for a challenging position for the long term
