Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bilingual Technical Troubleshooting: Provide world-class technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email in French and English. This includes diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and complex operating system functions.
The Customer Experience: Master the art of empathy and patience while guiding French-speaking customers through step-by-step technical solutions, often dealing with sensitive or complex product issues.
Case Ownership: Take full ownership of customer inquiries from the initial contact until a comprehensive resolution is delivered, accurately documenting all actions and solutions in the CRM system (in English).
Proactive Learning: Continuously update your technical expertise and product knowledge on all new product launches, software updates, and service policies to remain a trusted advisor.
Desired Candidate Profile
French Fluency: Mandatory B2 to c1 level of fluency in French (near-native or native proficiency) for both spoken and written communication.
English Proficiency: Strong proficiency in English for internal communication, training, and systems navigation.
Technical Aptitude: Must have a strong curiosity and foundational understanding of technology, with a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Experience: Graduate status is required. 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support is acceptable for exceptional language calibers.
