Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Agent, based in Sharq. The Customer Care Agent will assist customers by providing prompt and efficient support and addressing inquiries or issues. Core responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, offering high-quality customer service, and effectively communicating with clients. This role involves building strong relationships with customers and resolving their concerns professionally and empathetically.

Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and understand customer needs- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and maintaining high service levels- Effective Communication skills for articulating ideas and addressing customer concerns- Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring a positive customer experience- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset- Proficiency in using customer service technology and tools- Fluency in English and Arabic
