About the location:

REQUIRED FUNCTIONS:

1. Ability to apply timekeeping procedures (scheduling).

2. Be able to recognize all the elements specific to daily events (+ regular customers, VIPs and job descriptions).

3. Be able to accompany guests upon arrival to their rooms, handle their luggage carefully and efficiently, and present the interior of the room.

4. Ability to handle a request for a change of room (accommodation).

5. Be able to handle departing customers' luggage and transportation requests.

6. Ability to store and retrieve luggage and other items.

7. Ability to maintain a clean and tidy order at the hotel entrance and luggage room.

8. To be able to call customers by name and remember regular and VIP customers.

9. Project an image of friendliness, professionalism and dedication in order to personalize the service.

10. To be able to work with, assist and support the team of doormen, valets, concierges and receptionists.

11. Be able to drive and park hotel guests' vehicles, following the rules established by the hotel's Quality Criteria, with the utmost vigilance.

12. Keep Management and/or the Assistant Guest Service Manager informed of any customer-related problems, special requests, complaints, etc.

13. Be able to move and maneuver luggage trolleys and any bulky packages.

14. Report any deficiencies noted in guest rooms or floors to the concierge/guest services staff.

15. Ability to respond to any emergency or security problem.

16. Accept the flexibility of other tasks assigned by management staff.

17. Ability to use the telephone system.

18. Apply and master the quality standards linked to your function.
