Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service processes.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through initial setup.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
