Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve service processes.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through initial setup.
