Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams
Prepare quotations and order documents
Track orders and update customers
• Handle complaints professionally
• Prepare material submittals, warranty certificates, and submit sample requests to QA/QC
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service coordination role (preferably in construction chemicals or related industry)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
