French + English Customer Service Associate Cairo

We ve recently launched our Cairo site and are expanding quickly and we re looking for talented French + English speakers to be part of our journey.


What You ll Do
  • Engage with customers via phone, email and chat to resolve queries and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our clients products and services.
  • Log all interactions accurately in our systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Share feedback and ideas to help us continuously improve.
  • Follow company and data-protection policies at all times.
What We re Looking For
  • Fluency in French and English (advanced or fluent level).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude.
  • Previous call-centre or service experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts to support international clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, support, or related role.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
