Core Duties
* Deliver exceptional customer service to mall visitors while respecting cultural diversity and expectations
* Build in-depth knowledge of mall facilities, services, and store offerings to assist customers effectively
* Maintain stock of mall collateral and promotional materials
* Proactively resolve visitor complaints and issues within delegated authority levels
* Coordinate with mall departments and tenants to ensure smooth operations and visitor satisfaction
* Provide gift card sales and business service support at customer service desks
* Collect and provide visitor feedback to management for service improvement and marketing decisions
* Act as part of the emergency aid and response team, offering basic first aid and assistance when needed
Ideal Profile
* Proven skills in customer service, complaint handling, and communication
* Ability to handle POS systems and gift card processes
* Strong problem-solving approach and commitment to service excellence
* Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
* Team-oriented with collaborative mindset
What You ll Bring
* Bachelor s degree in any discipline
* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in shopping centers, retail, or hospitality front desk
* Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage
* Friendly, approachable, and trustworthy with emotional resilience and adaptability
* Punctual, proactive, and customer-oriented with a cheerful, professional attitude
