Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Contact customers to promote ongoing offers and sales campaigns
Process and follow up on customer orders and ensure accurate invoicing
Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidate based in or near Jadra
1 2 years of experience in customer service or call center
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
Sales-oriented mindset with good persuasion skills
Good command of Microsoft Office
