Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the system
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer support
