Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Accurately record and update customer information in the system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer support
Desired Candidate Profile
- Relevant educational background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
