Roles & Responsibilities

Join our Early WAVES for the Spanish Account at TaskUs Egypt! We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Representatives to be part of our growing team.

Handle customer interactions for the Spanish Account.

Work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule (flexibility is required).

No prior experience is needed we provide full training.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: Up to 22K (plus bonuses).

KPI Bonus: Up to 5K in Key Performance Indicator bonuses.

Guaranteed Bonus: Full KPI's guaranteed for the first 3 months of employment.

Health Coverage: Medical and Social insurance provided.

Transportation: Provided (door-to-door for female employees after 9:00 PM).

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

Spanish Language Proficiency: B2 level or higher is required.

English Language Proficiency: B1+ level or higher is required.

Nationality: Egyptian only.

Education: Grads, undergrads, and drop-outs are accepted.

Commitment: Drop-outs must have no commitments in the next 6 months.

Availability: Must be ready to start immediately.

Shifts: Must be flexible with rotational shifts (24/7).
