Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure passengers with large trolley bags can be sold priority baggage.

Sell add-on services to the passengers while they are in queue at Muscat Airport including Seats Assignment, Check-in, Priority at check-in, Priority at gate, express bag, wheelchair, and lounge.

Provide instant payment options such as Cash, Card payment and/or any other payment option available.

Promote and upsell any services that can be offered and sold, such as extra legroom seats and fast-track security clearance, to enhance passenger experience.

Monitor passengers with extra luggage to ensure they are purchasing the right service before reaching the check-in counter.

Assist passengers with digital check-in and mobile boarding pass issuance to streamline the process.

Ensure efficient queue management by directing passengers to the appropriate counters for faster processing.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent Communication skills: English and Arabic is Mandatory. Knowledge of any other language shall be an advantage.

Adaptable with any business requirement and dynamic to work in shifts.

Ability to approach the and communicate with the passengers.

Target driven role with requirement of Promoting and Selling skills.
