Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Customer Service Coordinator for a 10-month temporary contract in Dubai. The role involves end-to-end order management, ERP processing, and supply chain coordination within the healthcare/medical devices industry.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Manage end-to-end customer order lifecycle from receipt to delivery

  • Process and validate orders in ERP (SAP preferred)

  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, terms, and documentation

  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, planning, and distributors

  • Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues

  • Handle backorders, returns (RMA), and customer complaints

  • Support demand planning and PSI monitoring

  • Ensure commercial compliance and contract adherence

  • Maintain accurate ERP master data and audit documentation

  • Track and improve customer service KPIs
