Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the customer service management team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and ensure timely escalation when necessary.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for customer service operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of managing customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and related technologies.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
