Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the customer service management team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues and ensure timely escalation when necessary.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for customer service operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
