Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Arabic and English.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Document and update customer records accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor s degree is a plus.
  • Fresher Or Experience in a customer service role,
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office .
