Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Male) to join our hypermarket team. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
  • Guide customers regarding product location, offers, and promotions
  • Ensure proper billing support and queue management
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
  • Support shelf stocking, product display, and replenishment
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate
