Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (Male) to join our hypermarket team. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Address customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
- Guide customers regarding product location, offers, and promotions
- Ensure proper billing support and queue management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
- Support shelf stocking, product display, and replenishment
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer feedback
- Ensure adherence to store policies and service standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate
- 0 3 years of experience in retail/supermarket/hypermarket/customer service/
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically active and able to work on the shop floor
