Roles & Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls and customer inquiries professionally

Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams

Receive, track, and follow up on customer complaints until resolution

Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field

1 3 years of experience in customer service, customer handling, call center, or telesupport roles

Proven experience handling inbound calls and customer inquiries

Strong complaint-handling and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Arabic required, English preferred)

Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Comfortable working in a full-time hybrid setup (2 days from office)
