Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to products and services.
Utilize CRM software to document interactions and ensure timely follow-up on customer concerns.
Handle day-to-day customer service activities for import and export shipments.
Coordinate air, sea, and land freight movements with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
Provide shipment updates and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently.
Coordinate with customs clearance, warehouse, and transport teams.
Maintain accurate records in freight forwarding systems/ERP.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and international shipping regulations.
Support sales teams with service updates, and customer follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas partners.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to enhance customer knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field, enhancing problem-solving capabilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, providing a solid foundation in service delivery.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring efficient tracking and management of customer interactions.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
