Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Provide timely and effective customer support
Resolve complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service (healthcare experience is a plus)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
