Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive – Sales, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will involve understanding their requirements, explaining immigration programs and services, and guiding them through the process from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients Explain immigration programs, visa processes, and company services clearly and confidently Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments Maintain client records and track interactions using CRM tools Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 0- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, providing a solid foundation in service delivery.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach

  • Good convincing and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, ensuring efficient tracking and management of customer interactions.

  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
