Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key and Responsibilities: Contact prospective customers using the provided database for customer acquisition. Handle marketing inquiries and assist potential customers. Follow up with prospective leads to convert them into customers. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups. Provide prompt customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Proactively engage with customers for support, business development, and referral opportunities. Maintain data records, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Team Leader. Be flexible to work in either day shifts or night shifts based on business requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 year of minimum work experience as a Customer Support Executive or tele caller
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive and client service orientation.
- Experience in BPO is also considered
- Hindi & English must additional indian languages preferred
