Roles & Responsibilities

Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival with professional customer service. Handle baggage processes including tagging, sorting, loading, and unloading. Coordinate with airline and ramp teams to ensure on-time and safe flight operations. Manage passenger queries, flight updates, and support special-needs passengers. Follow all airport safety and security procedures in terminal and airside areas.

Desired Candidate Profile

A dedicated and customer-focused professional with over 4 years of experience as a Front Office Administrator and Administrative Assistant in the hospitality industry, and 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Host at Cochin International Airport. Skilled in passenger assistance, airport operations, customer service, and front-desk administration, with strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and professionally groomed with a height of 160 cm suitable for aviation roles. Educational background includes a Diploma in Aviation specialized in Cabin Crew Service, enhancing knowledge in safety procedures, inflight service, and customer handling.
