Customer Service Executive (Sea Imports & Exports)

What you ll be doing:
Coordinate with clients, carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure timely handling of sea shipments.
Provide accurate shipment status updates and respond to customer queries promptly.
Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation to meet regulatory and customs requirements.
Support the operations team with booking, follow-ups, and exception handling across the shipment lifecycle.
Liaise with partners to arrange cargo handovers, deliveries, and releases.
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.
What we re looking for:
Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in logistics operations, preferably focused on sea imports & exports.
Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics/shipping platforms.
Solid understanding of Incoterms and international trade procedures.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
