Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Log and track customer issues, complaints, and feedback in CRM systems
  • Resolve customer problems efficiently or escalate complex issues to the relevant department
  • Maintain customer records and update account information
  • Assist customers with order processing, billing, returns, or refunds
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to improve service delivery
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines in all customer interactions
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills
