Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Log and track customer issues, complaints, and feedback in CRM systems
- Resolve customer problems efficiently or escalate complex issues to the relevant department
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Assist customers with order processing, billing, returns, or refunds
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to improve service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines in all customer interactions
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills
