Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to mall visitors, tenants, and stakeholders. This role manages the mall reception, handles inquiries, maintains daily logs, supports events and promotions, and ensures smooth front-desk operations while maintaining a positive image of the mall.

  1. Manage and operate the mall reception desk professionally and efficiently

  2. Welcome visitors and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in person, by phone, or email

  3. Maintain and update daily task logs and customer interaction records

  4. Record, track, and follow up on incidents, complaints, and service requests

  5. Manage Lost & Found items, including proper documentation and coordination with security

  6. Provide support for mall events and promotional activities, including coordination with tenants and management

  7. Assist tenants with general inquiries and operational support as required

  8. Coordinate with security, maintenance, and management teams to resolve customer issues

  9. Ensure customer service standards, mall policies, and safety procedures are followed

  10. Prepare basic reports and submit updates to management as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred

  2. Previous experience in customer service, reception, or mall operations is an advantage

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  4. Strong organizational and documentation skills

  5. Ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally

  6. Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting

  7. Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic language is a must

  8. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and during events
