Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Phone • Handle order confirmations, delivery follow-ups, and after-sales support • Maintain daily records and reports using Excel / Google Sheets • Perform basic data entry and order management tasks • Assist in social media management (posting, replying to messages, etc.) • Support simple video editing for social media content (Basic Knowledge/training provided)
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Data Entry • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Excellent English communication (Arabic & Hindi is a plus) • Friendly, organized, and self-motivated personality • Reliable internet connection and own computer/laptop • Basic social media handling or video editing skills will be an advantage
