Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and answer inquiries
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer follow-ups
- Manage omnichannel operations, including online orders and coordination between branches and delivery
- Provide support regarding products, orders, and services
- Coordinate with the sales team and branch staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and professional communication
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Organized and responsible personality
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to handle online platforms and omnichannel operations
- Passion for pets is preferred
