Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and answer inquiries
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer follow-ups
  • Manage omnichannel operations, including online orders and coordination between branches and delivery
  • Provide support regarding products, orders, and services
  • Coordinate with the sales team and branch staff
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and professional communication
