Position Requirements Excellent communication skills Good basic computer skills Ability to solve technical problems and manage simple software Logical thinking and a technical approach Aptitude for problem solving Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Proven customer service skills Positive attitude, enthusiasm and team spirit Good typing speed and accuracy Ability to independently manage requests and solutions Good written and oral communication skills Knowledge of the customer's product is considered a plus Training or experience in the contact center sector, sales strategies or sales techniques is an advantage Language requirements: Italian level B+
