Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. To be courteous and welcoming to all club members

2. To assist and troubleshoot any membership issues

3. To fix any entry issues

4. To enforce membership policies at all times

5. To create a friendly first impression to all members and prospective members

6. To problem solve and escalate as required

7. To operate the membership software

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills include:

  • Certificate or degree, preferably in marketing or business
  • 2 years customer service experience in the fitness industry
  • Strong experience on phone calls including cold calling
  • Ability to meet KPIs and Targets
