Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Department, you are the primary contact for customers and responsible for the smooth running of the back office. Your main responsibilities will be:

Customer relations : centralize and process requests, monitor complaints and incidents, provide appropriate solutions.

Functional coordination : dispatch requests to your colleagues (supervisors, payroll, recruitment, etc.), ensure the fluidity of the service.

Operational and commercial support : contribute to the development of commercial proposals, support teams on cross-functional projects.

Quality and satisfaction : ensuring compliance with commitments, managing deadlines and customer satisfaction.

Communication & image : participate in the development of the company's reputation (website, social networks, trade fairs, events).
With a higher education in management, HR or equivalent, you have at least 3 years of experience in a temporary employment agency . More than the length of time, it is the diversity of situations experienced and the wealth of experiences that will make the difference.
Comp tences techniques :

Good command of HR and administrative processes li sl int rim.

Ability to manage customer request flows with rigor and responsiveness.

Excellent writing skills and written/oral communication in French.

Good command of office and digital tools.

Sense of customer service, active listening and diplomacy.

Organization, ability to prioritize and manage pressure.

Reliability, respect for commitments and sense of responsibility.

Collaborative spirit, ability to coordinate without direct hierarchical links.
