Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of the Customer Service Department to ensure all customer inquiries are properly assessed and addressed.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training plans and provide continuous coaching for the customer service team.
- Coordinate with team members and project leads to ensure efficient delivery of products, services, and information.
- Ensure all incoming inquiries and communications are accurately documented and routed to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach at all times.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Analyze customer service data and maintain updated reports and tracking sheets.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and prepare reports for senior management.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company s quality management system.
- Propose innovative ideas to improve service quality and operational performance.
- Prepare and maintain required documentation and reports.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
-Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
-Technical Skills
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
-Interpersonal Skills
Strong leadership abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail.
