Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in-person, over the phone, and through digital channels (email, WhatsApp, website, etc.)

Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution

Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to follow up on orders, exchanges, and returns

Maintain accurate customer records and update the filing system & reports

Support the sales team in generating leads and confirming appointments or follow-ups

Ensure all post-sale services (delivery scheduling, warranty follow-up, etc.) are communicated clearly to customers

Track and report recurring issues or feedback to management for service improvement

Process refunds /returns or any resolution according to company policy



Qualifications


High school diploma required; a degree or diploma in business or related field is a plus

Proven experience in a customer service or retail support role (furniture retail experience is a plus)

Interpersonal Skills, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills

Experience in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction

Ability to enhance customer experience through effective communication

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial

High school diploma or equivalent required
