Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties:

  • Assist clients with visa requirements, online application completion and form filling
  • Check and process documents
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Follow up on application status
  • Support biometric enrollment and digital submissions as required
  • Support cash handling, receipt issuance, and daily reconciliation where applicable
  • Promote and cross-sell Value Added Services (VAS products) where applicable

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience in customer service
  • Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma
  • Preferred Qualification: Bachelor s Degree
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and typing
  • Knowledge of visa/passport procedures is an advantage
