Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and company policies, ensuring customers are well-informed and confident.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized interactions and tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company updates to provide informed and relevant customer service.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures, identifying areas for efficiency and enhancement.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, contributing to overall team goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
SPEAKS ARABIC
- Demonstrates fluency in Arabic (native or near-native) and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools to manage customer interactions and data.
- Displays a customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Demonstrates problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze situations and find effective solutions.
- Exhibits adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
