Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Promote services effectively, converting inquiries into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Accurately maintain customer records and related documentation in line with company standards
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while consistently maintaining high service quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales and/or customer service experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) with a local/Emirati accent
- Previous UAE or GCC experience is required
- Female candidates only
- Immediate joiners preferred
