Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues, contributing to continuous improvement of products and services.
- Assist in onboarding new customers, guiding them through processes and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores, to support team goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and address customer concerns efficiently.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
