Roles & Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer orders via WhatsApp, calls, and emails
  • Enter and update all orders accurately into the system
  • Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely processing
  • Track each order and follow up until delivery to the customer
  • Handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We re Looking For:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business or related field
  • 2 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or logistics

  • Detail-focused and able to multitask
