Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders via WhatsApp, calls, and emails
- Enter and update all orders accurately into the system
- Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely processing
- Track each order and follow up until delivery to the customer
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We re Looking For:
- Bachelor s degree in Business or related field
- 2 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or logistics
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel & Word is a plus
- Detail-focused and able to multitask
