Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), phone calls, live chat, and email.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support customers with product information, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and service-related questions.
  • Create and manage support tickets using the company's CRM/ticketing system.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
  • Ensure all responses align with the company's brand tone and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Follow scheduled shifts (morning or night) and participate in weekend rotations.
  • Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements
  • No previous experience required fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Flexibility to work morning/night shifts and on weekends as part of a rotation.
