Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), phone calls, live chat, and email.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Support customers with product information, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and service-related questions.
- Create and manage support tickets using the company's CRM/ticketing system.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
- Ensure all responses align with the company's brand tone and messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Follow scheduled shifts (morning or night) and participate in weekend rotations.
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements
- No previous experience required fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Flexibility to work morning/night shifts and on weekends as part of a rotation.
