Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records

• Assist with scheduling, reports, and documentation

• Provide general administrative support to the team

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• Prior experience in customer service or admin roles is a plus
