Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dynamic female Customer Service Representative to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience while handling inquiries, service bookings, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly in person, over the phone, or via email.
Handle inquiries regarding vehicles, services, and promotions professionally.
Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer requests.
Coordinate with the sales and service departments to meet customer needs.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Resolve complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide information on warranty, maintenance plans, and service packages.
Promote company offers and loyalty programs to customers.
Ensure a clean and professional reception area.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or relevant diploma.
Previous experience in customer service (preferably in the automotive field).
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
Presentable and professional appearance.
