Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and process requests with a conversion objective.
- Make outgoing calls for follow-up, reminders or prospecting
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer problems
- Keep customer files and reports up to date
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Sense of listening and customer relations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Mastery of office tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Main mission:
- Ensure the mission and reception of calls and manage telephone interactions
Qualifications:
- Bac+2 minimum in communication or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or call center desired.
