Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and process requests with a conversion objective.
  • Make outgoing calls for follow-up, reminders or prospecting
  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer problems
  • Keep customer files and reports up to date

Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Sense of listening and customer relations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Mastery of office tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Main mission:

  • Ensure the mission and reception of calls and manage telephone interactions

Qualifications:

  • Bac+2 minimum in communication or equivalent.
