Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main mission:
- To handle incoming and outgoing calls and manage telephone interactions
Responsabilit s :
- Answering incoming calls and processing requests with a conversion goal
- Make outbound calls for follow-up, reminders, or prospecting.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to solve customer problems
- Maintaining up-to-date client files and reports
Comp tences :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A sense of listening and customer relations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- My mastery of office software.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bac+2 in communication or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or call centre preferred.
