Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main mission:

  • To handle incoming and outgoing calls and manage telephone interactions

Responsabilit s :

  • Answering incoming calls and processing requests with a conversion goal
  • Make outbound calls for follow-up, reminders, or prospecting.
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to solve customer problems
  • Maintaining up-to-date client files and reports

Comp tences :

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A sense of listening and customer relations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • My mastery of office software.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bac+2 in communication or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or call centre preferred.
