Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide reception, guidance and support to clients (in person or by telephone).
- Manage customer requests, complaints and information.
- Identify the client's needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Follow up on customer cases until they are resolved.
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Sense of listening, negotiation and customer service.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, CRM, email).
- Ability to manage stress and difficult situations.
